Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

Orders & Payment:
Orders can be placed on the phone, through e-mail, or through our website. All orders are payable at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and checks.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped in one to five business days from Rhode Island, USA. Customers will be notified of any backorders that will significantly delay shipment. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made with the customer. With International orders, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns:
Goods may be returned within five days of receipt. Please call Las Vegas Rhinestones at (401) 487-5256 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST or e-mail lasvegasrhinestones@cox.net to request a return authorization number. All items must be returned new and unaltered from the condition they were sent. We will either give you a full refund ( minus shipping & handling and discounts ) or you may chose to use it as a credit towards a future purchase.
